it's fine, nothing special
Bought the 128GB good condition model. Phone works, does what a phone should do. Display is fine, battery gets me through the day, camera is adequate. Came with a charger which was nice. Not fancy but reliable. Delivery took about three days which was longer than their 24-hour promise but shipping can be unpredictable. No complaints about the phone itself though.
reliable phone, great condition
The 64GB excellent condition unit I got looks practically untouched. No visible scratches on the screen, battery health at 94%, and everything feels snappy. Showed up within 24 hours as promised. Comes with the one-year warranty which is a nice safety net. This is exactly what buying refurbished should be — nearly new quality at a fraction of the new price.
great value, performs exactly as described
Was nervous buying refurbished since I usually go new, but this G53 has been reliable. The 64GB is snappy enough for what I need — apps load fast, no lag switching between them. Battery's solid, easily lasting a full day with moderate use. The inspection report they send out actually means something; this phone clearly went through their 32-point check properly. Came well packaged, arrived quick, and the year warranty gave me peace of mind. For the price difference versus retail, I'm really impressed with what you get here.

solid upgrade from my old phone
Was hesitant about buying refurbished but this 128GB fair condition G53 has been rock solid for three weeks now. Battery easily lasts till evening, screen is clean, speakers are decent. Got it the next day which was nice. Some scuffing on the edges but it's a working phone, not a museum piece. Good value compared to paying full retail.
decent phone, some visible wear
got the 128gb fair condition unit and honestly it's what i expected. screen works great, battery holds up fine for a full day. there are a few light scratches on the back but nothing that bothers me. shipping was fast.
works as advertised, minor cosmetic stuff
Picked up the 64GB fair model as my first pre-owned phone purchase and was pleasantly surprised. The 32-point inspection they mention actually shows — no dead pixels, everything responsive. Yeah the frame has some marks from use but at this price point you can't complain. Battery's sitting around 88% which is solid.
