good phone, just slower than expected
Device arrived in fair condition as listed, so I knew there'd be some visible marks going in. It does work, apps load, no crashes. My one issue is the delivery took 3 days instead of the 24-hour promise, which threw off my timeline. The phone itself is fine, but that delay knocked a star off for me.
arrived dead, warranty refused
Phone showed up completely unresponsive. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't power on. Contacted them about the warranty and they claimed it wasn't covered because I 'dropped it' (I didn't). Felt like a waste of money and their customer service didn't help. Really disappointed.
works great, minor wear but fair price
Showed up with the cosmetic marks you'd expect from "good" condition — small scuffs on the sides, but nothing that bugs me. Screen's clear, no dead pixels, and it runs smooth. Battery's holding up at 84% health. For what I paid, I'm getting solid value, even if it's not perfect cosmetically.
fair condition, fair price
This phone is visibly used—scratches on the back and sides are pretty obvious—but the listing was honest about that. For the price, I'm not complaining. It turns on, works reliably, screen looks good despite the wear. Battery's at 87% which isn't bad. If you're OK with a phone that shows its age, this is decent value.
solid mid-range phone
was skeptical about buying pre-owned but the inspection checklist they do (32 points or whatever) gave me confidence. this g54 is snappy, the display is really nice for the price, and it handles everything i throw at it without lag. battery easily lasts me from morning to night. good value overall.
happy with the 128GB model
Grabbed the 128GB version to save a bit and don't regret it. Plenty of storage for my needs, phone runs smooth, battery lasts all day easily. The packaging was careful and it arrived quickly. No regrets buying pre-owned this time.
solid value even in fair condition
Picked up the 256GB model in fair shape and honestly it's holding its own. Yeah, there's visible wear — some scratches on the frame, screen has a light mark — but functionally it's bulletproof. Battery's still at 83%, performance is snappy, and the warranty covers me for a year. Paid significantly less than new and I'm okay with the cosmetic tradeoff.
nice phone, some concerns
The Motorola itself is solid—good performance, nice screen, respectable battery life. But I was expecting "excellent" condition to mean flawless, and there are actually some noticeable scratches on the frame that I didn't see in the photos. Not a deal-breaker, but the listing could've been clearer. The phone works great though, no software issues.
decent phone, but battery's already dropping
Got it in fair condition as described — scuffs on the back, nothing unexpected. Phone works fine for calls and browsing, but the battery's sitting around 80% health and I'm noticing it doesn't quite last a full day with moderate use. For the price I paid versus buying new, it's okay, but I'm a bit concerned how fast it'll degrade.
does the job but has quirks
Works fine for calls, texts, and apps. The camera's decent and battery gets me through the day most of the time. That said, the phone does occasionally freeze for a second or two when switching between apps, which is a bit annoying. The fair condition rating was accurate—there are some light scratches on the back, but nothing that bothers me functionally. It's a capable phone, just not flawless.
