does what it needs to do

Grabbed the 32GB model in fair condition. It's beat up a little on the back but the screen is clean and everything works. Battery lasts forever which is the main reason I wanted this phone. No regrets for the price.

arrived completely dead, won't turn on

Phone showed up and won't power on at all. Tried charging for hours, nothing. Contacted support about the warranty and got told the 32-point inspection must've missed something major. feels like a waste — paid good money to avoid buying new and got a brick instead. Don't bother with this one.

solid phone, solid value

Was skeptical about buying pre-owned but BestMobileCanada's inspection report gave me confidence. Got the 64GB fair condition model and it arrived in 24 hours. Screen's clean, battery percentage checked out at what they said, minor scratches on the frame which I expected. Warranty included is the kicker — makes buying used feel less risky. Works great for everyday stuff.

it's okay, nothing special

Phone works fine and the battery is definitely a strong point. Display is pretty dim compared to what I'm used to though, even at max brightness. For fair condition, there are more scuffs than I thought there'd be, though they warned me. Not bad but not thrilling either.

great deal for someone on a budget

Bought this 32GB unit and honestly it's been solid. Got it in two days, no hidden issues. The phone feels sturdy even with fair condition notes. Battery life is genuinely impressive — lasts me a full day with moderate use. Saved a bunch compared to new and the one-year warranty makes it feel safer than typical used markets.

battery drained faster than expected

Bought the G7 Power in fair condition thinking the battery would still hold up, but it's dropping to 20% by mid-afternoon with light use. The listing said "fair" so I knew there'd be wear, and yeah, the back has some scratches I can live with. Just wish the battery percentage was more accurate — hit me up if you're gonna list it at 75% or whatever it actually is.
