device arrived completely dead
This phone came with 0% battery and won't charge. Tried multiple chargers and cables—nothing. The listing said it was tested and working. Contacted support but the warranty process has been a nightmare. Not worth the headache.
reliable mid-range 5G option
Needed something with 5G and didn't want to drop $800 on flagship. This Motorola delivers on that front. Recieved it in good condition, screen's clear, no issues with the build. The inspection report they provided was detailed which made me more confident about my purchase.
battery drained way too fast
The listing said good condition and 85% battery health, but mine's draining to 20% by mid-afternoon with light use. Only been a week so maybe it'll settle, but for now I'm disappointed. Other than that the phone works fine. Might contact warranty team if it doesn't improve.
works well for the price
Phone arrived with some visible wear on the frame, which matched the "fair" description. Everything else is solid though—5G actually makes a difference, battery lasts a full day, and I got a year of warranty coverage. Worth it for someone who doesn't need pristine.
fair condition, fair price, works great
Bought this as my first pre-owned phone and was honestly a bit nervous. It arrived within 24 hours which surprised me. The screen has some light scratches if you look closely, and there's a small dent on the back corner — exactly what "fair" means I guess — but the 5G actually works and the battery holds a solid charge. For the price compared to buying new, I can't complain.
solid phone, arrived quickly
Picked this up in good condition and it's been reliable so far. Screen looks clean, runs everything I throw at it without lag. Showed up within their 24-hour window which was impressive. For the price versus buying new, definitely worth it.
exactly what I needed
Was skeptical about buying pre-owned but this thing is in great condition. barely any visible wear on the body, screen is crisp, 5G actually works where I live. Battery health is solid at 87%. One year warranty sealed the deal for me—no regrets at all.
good phone but screen has minor marks
Was hesitant buying refurbished for the first time, but this seemed solid. It works perfectly—performance is snappy, battery holds up. The screen has some light scratches that don't affect use, which I guess I should've expected from the "excellent" condition label. Not a dealbreaker for me, just wanted to be honest about it.
excellent condition, no surprises
This phone looks and feels almost brand new. Unboxed it and honestly had to double-check it was pre-owned. Performance is smooth, 128GB is plenty, and the battery health percentage they listed was spot-on. The 32-point inspection they do actually shows—you can tell this was properly checked. Paid a fraction of retail and feel like I got the premium version of the deal.
excellent condition, no regrets
Was skeptical about ordering a pre-owned phone without seeing it in person, but the inspection report they sent beforehand covered everything. Device arrived pristine — I mean actually pristine, minimal signs of use. Screen is crystal clear, the 128GB gives plenty of space, and it's been rock solid for the past month. The one-year warranty is a nice safety net too. Saved me a couple hundred bucks versus a new one and got the same phone. Can't ask for much more than that.
