arrived completely dead, won't turn on
Recieved the phone yesterday and it won't power on at all. Tried charging for hours. Called support and they said I need to go through warranty process which could take weeks. Pretty frustrated since I needed this as a backup. First time buying pre-owned and this experience has put me off doing it again.
decent phone, battery drains quick
Works fine overall but the battery doesn't hold up like I expected. Gets me through a day if I'm careful, but the listing said 85% battery health and it feels more like 75%. Screen is clean though, no complaints there. For the price I paid it's okay, just not amazing.
exactly what i needed
Bought this refurbished 128GB as a backup phone and it's been perfect. Arrived in two days, battery at 91%, screen looks brand new. The inspection checklist they mention actually means something—no surprises when it showed up. Warranty gives me peace of mind too. Really happy with this purchase.

Picked up the 64GB in excellent condition and it's been solid. Screen looks pristine, battery's holding at 92%, and the 5G actually makes a difference where I live. For the price versus buying new, this was the right call.
shows wear and battery struggling
I knew it was listed as Fair condition so I wasn't expecting pristine, but the scratches on the frame are deeper than the photos suggested. Battery drops 10% every 20 minutes of use which seems off. The 32-point inspection supposedly caught issues but I'm not seeing that quality. Shipping was fast at least.
battery drained faster than expected
The phone itself works okay, but the battery percentage they listed as 82% seems optimistic. After a full charge I'm getting maybe 10 hours of mixed use, sometimes less. The device arrived in fair shape as described—scuffs on the edges—but I expected the battery to hold up better given the warranty promise. Not terrible, just not what I was hoping for at this price point.

The phone itself is in great condition and runs smooth, no complaints about performance. Battery health is solid at 89%. Only thing that bugged me was no charger in the box—would've been nice to have one included at this price. Still a decent value though, just not quite what I expected for "excellent" condition.

The phone works but it's got visible scratches on the frame that weren't mentioned, and the battery came in at 72%. For "fair" condition I might've accepted it, but they listed this as "fair" and the inspection report didn't flag the scratches. Took 3 days to arrive too, not the promised 24 hours. Warranty's useful at least.
no regrets on this one
was nervous about buying used but this place seems legit. 64GB showed up clean, battery at 88%, and I've had it for two weeks with zero issues. Arrived within 24 hours like they said. Decent savings over new and the warranty takes the sting out of it being pre-owned.
exactly what i needed
Been a while since I used a Motorola and this one reminded me why they're solid. Battery easily lasts two days with moderate use, screen is bright and crisp, and the 5G is noticeably faster than my old phone. Got it in excellent condition with all the original packaging. At this price compared to buying new, it's a no-brainer. Already recommended it to my brother.
