decent budget phone that works
Pretty happy with it. Charger wasn't in the box but that's on me for not checking the listing carefully. The phone itself is clean, screen is bright, and it handles everyday stuff without stuttering. Can't beat the price for what you get.

looks brand new basically
This is my first time buying a pre-owned phone and I was nervous about getting burned. The 32GB excellent condition unit arrived and honestly I can't tell it was used. Screen has no damage, back is pristine, came with the original packaging. Battery sits at 92%—way better than I expected. The one-year warranty is legit too, not some sketchy 30-day thing. Would order from BestMobileCanada again.

The listing said "excellent condition" but when I got it the screen has a few light scratches. They're not deep and don't affect use, just more visible than I expected. fair condition but works fine
Was skeptical buying fair condition but the phone itself is solid. You can see scuffing on the back and side bezels—they didn't hide it in the photos which I appreciated. Screen is intact and responsive. Battery still has life left. For the price I paid I can't complain. Came with the warranty information and everything was as described.

honestly really impressed
Picked this up as an upgrade from an older model and it's been flawless. Battery life gets me through a full day, camera is decent for the price point, and the 64GB storage means I'm not constantly deleting apps. Came in the original box too which was a nice touch. No complaints so far after 3 weeks.
