battery died within a week
Received the phone and it seemed fine at first. Battery percentage showed 87% on arrival but after about five days of normal use, it started draining crazy fast. By day seven it wouldn't even turn on. Contacted support but the warranty process took forever. Would've expected better from the 32-point inspection they claim to do.
works great, fair price for fair condition
wasn't sure about buying pre-owned but this was half the price of new. Phone shows wear but everything functions — screen, speaker, camera, all good. Battery lasts a reasonable amount of time. The fair condition label was honest, they didn't oversell it. Got it within 24 hours and the one-year warranty takes some of the risk out of used purchases.

wasn't looking to spend much and this Nokia does the job. battery life is decent, picked it up next day which was nice. no complaints so far.

arrived damaged, won't power on
This unit showed up completely dead. Tried charging for hours and nothing. The listing said it was in excellent condition but there's clearly water damage on the inside of the screen. Haven't even gotten a response about warranty coverage. Really frustrating.
