doa, dead arrival
Phone arrived completely unresponsive. Tried charging for hours, nothing. Contacted support about the warranty and they dragged their feet for two weeks before processing a replacement. The 32GB good condition listing meant nothing when the unit itself was bricked.
solid phone, minor screen issue
Got the G11 Plus in excellent condition and it really delivers for the price. Battery's holding up great, phone feels snappy for everyday stuff. Only thing that bugged me a bit — there's a tiny hairline scratch on the bottom corner of the screen that I didn't notice in the photos. Nothing that affects how it works, just annoying when the light hits it right. Still, for what I paid versus buying new, can't complain much. The 32-point inspection they did caught everything else, and the warranty gives me peace of mind.
solid but nothing special
It's a functional phone. Does calls, texts, apps run okay. Screen's decent for a budget model. My one gripe is the battery percentage came in at 81% and the listing said inspected at 32 points but I found a small dent they missed. Still works though, so not the end of the world.

Was nervous about buying pre-owned for the first time, but this fair condition 32GB is holding up. Yeah, there's some marks on the back you can see in certain light, but nothing that bothers me during actual use. Battery's at 87%, does what I need.

honestly didn't expect the 32GB excellent variant to look this clean. Phone came in original packaging, barely any signs of wear, battery at 96%. Arrived in under 24 hours and the one-year warranty gives real peace of mind. Solid value versus buying from a carrier.
solid phone, great condition
Grabbed the 64GB in excellent condition and it's basically flawless. Screen is crisp, battery holds 94%, and it came with all the original stuff still sealed in the box. For the price compared to buying new, this was the right call.
Fair condition, works perfectly fine
Wasn't sure about buying pre-owned at first, but this phone arrived in two days and it's way better than I expected for the fair condition rating. Yeah, there are some visible marks and light scratches on the back, but honestly I don't really care — I use a case anyway. The screen is clean, battery percentage is solid, and everything functions exactly as it should. Saved me a lot of money compared to new. Pretty happy with the deal.
