solid upgrade from my old phone

Dead on arrival, won't turn on
Received the phone today and it won't power up at all. Tried holding the button for 30 seconds, tried charging it overnight—nothing. The screen is dark and unresponsive. I understand it's fair condition and pre-owned, but this should've been caught in the 32-point inspection. Already contacted support about the warranty.
decent phone, feels a bit slow
