solid mid-range phone for the price
Picked this up as a pre-owned and it's been reliable so far. Screen's got some marks but nothing that affects actual use. 5G works fine, battery easily gets me through a day. For what I paid versus buying new, can't complain.
came in better shape than expected
Was nervous about ordering pre-owned but this arrived and it's honestly nicer than the fair condition listing suggested. A couple of marks on the frame you can only see in certain light. Phone runs smooth, no lag, and the 256GB means I'm not constantly deleting stuff. Really good value compared to new.
solid phone for the price point
Picked this up in fair condition and it's been doing exactly what I need. Some light scratches on the back but honestly nothing that bothers me. Battery's holding up well, 5G actually works in my area, and the screen is crisp. Paid way less than buying new and I'm not stressed about banging it up.
exactly what i needed for the price
Picked up this Nokia in good condition and it arrived within 24 hours as promised. The screen looks clean, no dead pixels, and the 128GB storage is plenty for what I use. Battery still holds a solid charge—BestMobileCanada listed it at 92% health which matches what I'm seeing. Was my first time buying pre-owned and the 32-point inspection they do clearly paid off. No dings, no surprises, just a working phone that cost half what a new one would. The 1-year warranty is the real peace of mind here.
battery died after two weeks
Listed as excellent condition but the battery was already at 78% and dropped to 45% within a week of light use. Contacted support and they said it's within warranty parameters. Feels like a stretch. The phone itself is fine but this wasn't the deal I thought I was getting.
good phone, shipping was slow
The device itself is solid — works great, battery holds up fine. Condition matches the fair listing, so no surprises there. My only real gripe is it took four days to arrive when you promise 24 hours. Otherwise happy with the purchase and the warranty coverage is decent.
does what it's supposed to do
was nervous buying refurbished but this arrived in decent shape for fair condition. screen's a bit scuffed but brightness is solid. processor handles everything i throw at it. battery was at 89% on arrival. one year warranty gave me peace of mind.
great value, better than expected
Honestly impressed with the overall quality for a pre-owned device in good condition. The 256GB storage means no immediate upgrade needed. Screen is clean, no dead pixels. Spent way less than a new one and it feels like a steal. Been using it daily for three weeks without issues.
does what it says it does
Fair condition, 128GB model. Some visible wear but the 32-point inspection apparently caught it all. Screen works, battery's decent, 5G connects fine. It's not flashy but it's reliable and I got it for half what I'd pay brand new. No complaints.
performance is fine but battery worries me
Excellent condition unit, 256GB storage, and it looks pristine. Phone runs apps smoothly and the screen is sharp. My concern is the battery — it's sitting at 82% health which is acceptable but not great for a device marked excellent. It still gets me through a day, just means it might need replacement sooner than I'd like. Everything else checks out though.
