does what it's supposed to do

This phone just works. Screen's in good shape, hasn't given me any issues in two weeks. Beats paying full retail for sure.

solid phone, decent battery life

Picked this up as my second phone and it's been reliable. Battery gets me through a full day without issues, screen looks clean. Good value compared to buying new.

switched from iPhone, no regrets

First time trying Android and I went with this Nokia. Everything works as it should—camera's decent, the display is bright and clear, and honestly the price difference versus a new flagship is huge. Battery percentage they listed (88%) matches what I'm seeing. No complaints so far.

does the job, but shows its age

Got the fair condition model and yeah, there's some visible scratches on the back. Nothing unexpected for the price though. Phone works fine, battery holds okay, and the screen is decent. Honestly it's fine if you just need something reliable without dropping $800.

great condition, great price

Recieved this in the 'good' condition rating and honestly it looks practically new. Minimal marks, screen is clean, battery at 89%. Fast delivery (got it within the 24h window), packaging was solid. Blows away paying double the price for a new one. Really impressed with the whole experience.

battery drains too fast

The listing said 'good condition' and it looks okay on the outside, but the battery is clearly shot — won't even make it through a full day of normal use. It's listed at 82% health but it's noticeably worse than that in real world use. Contacted support and they said it's within their specs, so I'm stuck with it. Pretty frustrating when you're paying for 'good' condition.

device arrived completely dead

Opened the box and the phone wouldn't turn on at all. Tried different chargers, nothing. Contacted support and they kept saying 'try leaving it plugged in for 2 hours' but that didn't work. The warranty claim process took weeks and in the end they sent a replacement, but by then I'd already bought something else. Don't bother with this seller if you need a phone that actually works out of the box.

great phone for what I paid

Needed something reliable without the premium price tag. This Nokia delivers. Screen's crisp, performance is solid, and the warranty takes away any worry.

no regrets whatsoever

Excellent condition model arrived and I mean excellent — pristine screen, no visible damage anywhere, battery at 91%. Runs smooth, everything looks and feels new. The packaging and the way they wrapped it was professional. This is my third phone purchase from them and they keep delivering. At this price point buying new would be stupid.

surprisingly good for fair condition

Was nervous about buying pre-owned since this is my first time, but the 32-point inspection they mention actually means something. Phone looks rougher than I expected from photos but it runs great, no lag, camera works perfectly fine. Battery's at 86% which is solid. The one-year warranty makes it feel less risky. would definitely do this again.
