dead on arrival
Device arrived completely unresponsive. Won't turn on, won't charge. Contacted support about the warranty and they're saying it needs to go back for inspection before they'll replace it — that could take weeks. Shouldn't have to troubleshoot a pre-owned phone that's supposed to be checked on 32 points. Really regret this purchase.
worth every penny, even pre-owned
honestly this phone is impressive. Got the 256GB excellent condition and it looks basically new — zero cosmetic damage I can find. 5G is noticeably faster than my old phone, screen is vibrant, and the build feels premium. Warranty gives me peace of mind. Paid way less than a new one and can't fault the quality here.
fair condition but totally fine
Got the fair condition 128GB and honestly knew what I was signing up for. There's a small mark on the back left corner and the screen has a couple light scratches you only see at certain angles. Doesn't bother me. Phone runs great, battery at 87%, arrived within 24 hours.
excellent condition, no complaints here
First time buying refurbished and I was honestly nervous. This 256GB showed up in pristine shape — barely any signs of previous use. 32-point inspection was thorough based on what I can see. Battery health is solid, camera works great, and it arrived within the 24-hour window. Definitely considering BestMobileCanada again.
fair condition, no regrets
Screen's pristine, which is what matters most to me. The phone itself has some dings on the sides and back, but they're exactly what you'd expect from fair condition. 128GB is plenty, battery's at 86%, and everything runs smoothly. Better value than buying new and I saved a decent amount.
decent, but battery could be better
The Nokia X30 is a decent phone overall. Screen and build quality are solid, 5G works as advertised. That said, the battery at 82% means I'm topping it up more often than I'd like. For good condition pricing I expected something closer to 88-90%. It functions fine and the warranty's there if something fails, but the battery life is the weak point right now.
solid phone, good value
Bought this 128GB model last week and it's been doing what I need. Nothing fancy to say — it just works. Battery lasts a full day, 5G is snappy, and the one-year warranty gave me peace of mind since I was nervous about buying pre-owned for the first time.
solid phone, fair condition as expected
Bought this Nokia X30 knowing it had fair condition marks, and that's exactly what I got. Phone works flawlessly, battery holds 87%, and the screen is clean. You can see minor scuffs on the back if you look close, but nothing that bothers me during daily use. At this price point versus buying new, I'm satisfied.
battery worse than advertised
Took 3 days to arrive when they promise 24 hours. Battery is showing 79% health — the listing said 'good condition' and I'd expect at least mid-80s. Camera works fine and the phone isn't damaged, but the battery situation leaves me frustrated. Might still use it but definitely disappointed with how this was represented.
battery drained faster than expected
Device arrived within two days, which was good. Condition matched "fair" description — some visible wear on the frame, no big deal. But the battery was sitting at 81%, and after a month of normal use it's already dropped noticeably. The listing said 85%+, so either it degraded fast or there was an error in the inspection. Everything else works, but this is frustrating for a phone with a year's warranty.
