battery degraded worse than listed
Recieved the 64GB fair condition and expected some wear — got that. But the battery is at 76%, way lower than the 85% minimum they claim in the inspection. Phone still turns on and works but won't last a full day without charging. For a fair condition device I thought they'd be more accurate about the battery. Disappointed overall. Their customer service was slow to respond too.
rugged phone that mostly delivers
Got the 64GB in excellent condition and it's been solid for outdoor work. Screen's pristine, battery holds around 85% which is decent. Only thing — it's heavier than my old phone and the interface took a few days to get used to. For the price compared to buying new, can't complain.

The 64GB excellent condition unit is basically new. Battery health at 90%, screen flawless, no cosmetic issues. Only thing — they didn't include the original charger in the box, but the listing didn't promise one so that's on me for assuming. Still a solid purchase and the warranty gives me peace of mind.

Shipping took 3 days instead of the promised 24h but they were transparent about the delay. It's a working phone at a lower price point, just not flawless.
dead on arrival, support unhelpful
Ordered the 128GB excellent condition. Opened the box, powered it on — nothing. Completely unresponsive. Tried charging for 2 hours, still dead. Contacted support and they asked me to troubleshoot a phone that clearly has a hardware issue. After 5 days of back-and-forth they offered a replacement but said I'd pay return shipping. For $X this felt like a waste of time and money. Warranty didn't help.
looks almost new, impressed by the inspection
Bought the 128GB excellent condition model last week. Seriously looks like it came off a shelf. No scratches I can see, battery's at 93%, screen's perfect. Impressed that they actually do a 32-point inspection — you can tell they care. The one-year warranty is the cherry on top. Arrived within 24 hours. Worth every penny compared to retail.

The phone has some visible wear on the back and sides, which matches the "fair" listing. Screen's clean though, that's what matters to me. Software runs smooth, no lag, and the XR20 genuinely feels like a tank. Not pristine but good value.
