rugged phone actually works
Bought this because I needed something that wouldn't die if I dropped it on a job site. The XR21 delivers. Solid build, 5G is legitimately fast where I have coverage, and the battery easily gets through a full day. Came in good condition with all the inspection marks checked off. No complaints so far.

battery died after two weeks
Ordered the fair condition unit expecting some wear. Phone arrived quickly but the battery won't hold a charge past 40%. Tried factory reset, nothing worked. The listing said 85% battery health but this thing dies if you look at it wrong. Not what I paid for.
