solid upgrade from my old device
Was worried about buying pre-owned but the 32-point inspection they do gave me confidence. Screen looks pristine, camera's sharp, and the 1-year warranty means I'm covered. Honestly better value than paying full price for new.
decent device, minor letdown
Got it because I needed something cheap and reliable. It does work, camera's decent, but the battery percentage seems optimistic—I'm getting less than what was promised. Also wish they'd included a charger. Still usable though, so I'm keeping it.
excellent value pre-owned
Been using this for a month now and I'm impressed. Phone is in excellent condition, battery holds at 90%, and it's running smoothly. The 32GB storage is plenty for apps and photos. I checked out the inspection report and they clearly went through their process. Compared to buying new, I saved a significant chunk of change and got the same performance. Would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered this on a whim and it arrived next day. 32GB is enough for my needs, battery's holding up fine. No issues so far.
works but not what I expected
Battery percentage was listed as 'Fair' and I guess I didn't read carefully enough. It's at like 82% and only lasts me until about 4pm with moderate use. The phone itself works fine, no issues with the software or anything, but the battery life is disappointing. For the price I paid I expected something closer to what new phones deliver. The 32GB storage is fine though.

Picked up the 32GB in fair condition and knew what I was getting into with the cosmetic stuff. Screen's totally fine, battery holds solid charge, and honestly for the price difference versus buying new, the scratches on the back don't bother me at all. The phone functions fine and the screen condition is marked as excellent, which it is. My issue is the battery drains faster than I'd like and the listing said it was in great shape overall but there's a small dent on the back I wasn't told about. It's usable, just not quite what the photos suggested.
