happy with it, few marks but solid
Recieved the phone and it's exactly as described — fair condition with visible wear but nothing that affects performance. Battery at 89%, screen works perfectly. The 32-point inspection they mention actually matters because I can see they tested everything properly. No surprises, which is what I wanted.
arrived late and already glitchy
Took 3 days to arrive, not the promised 24 hours. When it did show up the home button gets stuck sometimes and there's a weird buzzing noise during calls. It's fair condition so I expected some issues but these feel like hardware problems beyond cosmetics. Warranty claim process has been slow too.
dead on arrival, terrible start
Phone arrived and wouldn't turn on. Tried charging it for hours, nothing. Contacted support and they said to wait 48 hours before processing a warranty claim. By then I'd already ordered a replacement elsewhere. Waste of time and money.
works as expected, some visible wear
Ordered the Fair condition 128GB model and knew what I was getting into. Phone has visible marks on the frame but nothing that affects how it runs. Battery's at 87%, screen works perfectly, and it's noticeably cheaper than buying new. Happy with it.
decent phone, battery drains fast
Functional device overall but the battery is the letdown. Listing said 87% health but I'm getting maybe 4-5 hours of real use. That's below what I expected even for a used phone. Screen and build are fine, so it's not a total loss, just disappointing in that department.
solid second phone
Been using this for three weeks now as a backup device. The Fair rating was accurate—there's scuffing on the edges you can see, but the display is pristine and performance is exactly what I expected from a OnePlus. Camera takes decent shots, software is responsive. At this price point it's hard to complain.
does what it's supposed to
no issues so far. Ordered last week, arrived quickly. Screen's sharp, phone doesn't lag, battery isn't brand new but it's acceptable. Good value compared to retail and the 1-year warranty gives peace of mind. I'm satisfied.
good phone, just one small scratch
Recieved it within 24 hours which was nice. Phone works great, screen is clear, battery holds up fine. Only thing is there's a tiny scratch on the back corner that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Not a big deal for the price but worth noting.
works great, minor cosmetic stuff
Was nervous about buying pre-owned for the first time but this experience changed my mind. The 256GB unit in fair condition has some light scuffs on the frame like the listing said, but I honestly don't notice them when using it. Display is sharp, everything runs smooth, and knowing I have a year of coverage takes the anxiety out of it. Solid value.
