solid upgrade from my old phone

Needed something with a decent camera and bigger screen. The 128GB does both really well. Battery's good, no scratches that I can see, and it just works. Not fancy specs on paper but it's been reliable in my hands for the past month.

best bang for buck right now

Honestly wasn't sure about buying pre-owned but this 128GB excellent condition unit convinced me. Phone looks practically new, battery at 94%, no visible wear anywhere. The 32-point inspection they do clearly means something. Saved me a couple hundred versus a new one and I got the full warranty. Can't argue with that.

phone died within a week

Arrived and worked for three days then wouldn't turn on anymore. Contacted support but the warranty process was slow and frustrating. Wouldn't recommend risking it at this price point when new ones aren't much more expensive.

solid upgrade from my old phone

Was nervous buying pre-owned but this 256GB arrived in good shape with 89% battery health. Screen's bright, camera takes great shots. Spent way less than a new one and haven't had any issues in two weeks.

great phone, better price than new

Picked up the 256GB version in excellent condition and I'm really impressed. The display is stunning, battery holds strong through a full day of heavy use, and everything arrived in good packaging within 24 hours. For what I paid versus a new one, this is solid. No regrets.

exactly what I needed

Been using this 128GB for two weeks now and it's been flawless. Screen is bright, no dead pixels, and the camera setup is genuinely impressive for the price point. The 32-point inspection they do actually shows — no hidden damage or surprises. Way better value than buying new.

pretty good, minor cosmetic issue

Got the 128GB good condition version. It's a solid phone overall — screen's bright, performance is snappy, battery lasts me through the day. There's a small scratch on the side bezal that I didn't notice in the pics, but it's barely noticeable when you're using it. For the price point this is still a win. Would've given 5 stars if it arrived without that nick.

worth it despite minor cosmetic marks

Ordered the 256GB fair condition model and honestly it's better than the listing suggested. couple small scratches on the back but they're only visible in certain light. Phone works flawlessly, battery at 87%. warranty gives me peace of mind.

works well but shows its age

The 256GB variant came as described — fair condition means some visible marks on the back, but honestly they don't bother me. Phone runs smoothly, no lag, camera does the job. My only minor gripe is the charger wasn't in the box, so I had to buy one separately. Still good value for what I spent.

good hardware, odd battery reading

The phone itself is in excellent physical condition and the 128GB storage is plenty for me. Performance is solid, no issues there. What threw me off is the battery percentage showed something weird on arrival — came back to normal after a full charge cycle, so maybe just a glitch. Everything else is fine though.
