works great, no surprises
grabbed this as a secondary device and it's been reliable. Screen's clean, performance is snappy enough for daily use. Showed up in 2 days which was nice. The warranty was easy to register. worth every penny.

Showed up within 24 hours like they promised. Phone is basically pristine—barely looks used. Fired it up and everything worked perfectly first try. The 128GB model has enough room I don't even think about storage, screen is crisp, and the battery percentage they listed was accurate. One year warranty gives peace of mind. Best pre-owned purchase I've made.
arrived with screen damage
The phone came with a crack down the middle of the screen that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Battery was at 78% which is fine, but I can't use it like this. Warranty apparently doesn't cover physical damage so I'm stuck.
better than expected
Honestly wasn't sure what to expect ordering a pre-owned phone sight unseen but this arrived in great shape. Screen looks fresh, no dead pixels, camera works well. The 128GB has plenty of space and the battery's holding up nicely. No regrets at all.
okay but not perfect
Phone works fine but there's a small issue with the camera app that keeps crashing. The listing said it was tested on 32 points but seems like they missed this. Battery drains a bit faster than I'd hope for a phone in 'excellent' condition. It's functional but a bit frustrating for the price point. Considering sending it back under warranty to see if they can fix the camera thing.
solid phone for the price
Been using this for a few weeks now and it does exactly what I need. No issues with the screen or battery so far. shipping was fast and the warranty gives me peace of mind since I've never bought used before. definitely better value than dropping $700 on a new one.
