decent phone, fair condition was honest
Picked up this A38 in fair condition and knew what I was getting into. Screen has some light scratches but nothing that affects use, and the body shows wear like you'd expect at this price point. Battery sits around 82% health which is acceptable. What really matters is it works perfectly — calls are clear, the display is actually pretty decent for the size, and apps run smooth. At this price compared to buying new, it's solid value. The 32-point inspection they mention actually seems legit because nothing surprised me when it arrived. Came with the 1-year warranty too which gives peace of mind. No regrets on this one.

mint condition phone, screen feels weird
this phone looks pristine, no visible damage anywhere, screen is spotless. but the touch response feels slightly off? like when I'm typing it misses taps. given that it arrived in "excellent" condition i expected everything to work flawlessly. might be software but i'm not sure. it's usable just kinda frustrating.

Showed up faster than expected. It has some scuffs as mentioned but I'm not bothered by cosmetic stuff. Phone itself is snappy, does what it needs to do. Camera's nothing fancy but acceptable. Warranty's nice to have just in case. Would order from them again.
battery drained faster than expected
Got it in two days, which was great. But the battery percentage they listed as 85% seems off — it's dropping to 20% by mid-afternoon with light use. Not what I paid for.
works great, minor cosmetic issue
Device itself runs perfectly and arrived within 24 hours as promised. Only thing is there's a small scuff on the back corner that the listing didn't mention — nothing that affects function though. Still happy overall, just would've appreciated the heads-up.
can't fault it for the price

Phone was dead on arrival. Won't power on, won't charge. Tried everything. Contacted support and they said it should be covered under warranty but I'm still waiting on a replacement after two weeks. Waste of money so far.
