works great, minor screen wear
The listing said "good" condition and that's accurate — there's a tiny scratch on the bottom corner of the screen if you look at it in bright light, but it doesn't bother me at all during normal use. Everything else is solid: phone runs smooth, camera takes decent photos, and delivery was fast.
decent phone, battery drains quick
Got the 64GB in excellent condition and it looks pristine — no scratches or marks. Performance is solid for everyday stuff like messaging and browsing. Main issue is the battery only holds a charge for about a day with moderate use, which is frustrating. For the price compared to buying new, it's acceptable, but I expected better longevity from a phone listed as excellent.

Screen is clean, no dead pixels, and the 32-point inspection they mention actually seems thorough — nothing wrong with it. Camera takes decent photos in daylight, battery gets me through a full day easy, and it's way cheaper than a new phone. The one-year warranty gave me peace of mind too. Arrived within 24 hours like they promised.
battery died after 2 months
Recieved the phone in good shape, no complaints at first. But after about 8 weeks the battery started dropping super fast — went from 100% to 20% in like 4 hours of light use. Checked the specs and it said 85% battery health when it arrived, so not sure what happened. Warranty is supposed to cover this but they're saying battery degradation isn't included. Feels like a cop-out.
smooth experience, no issues
Showed up within the promised 24 hours, packaging was decent, and the phone itself works exactly as advertised. It's in good nick, runs whatever I throw at it without lag, and the camera is fine for everyday shots. The warranty means I'm not stressed about something going wrong in the first year. Good value.
fair condition means what it says
Recieved the 128GB fair variant and there are definitely visible marks on the back and a small scratch on the side bezel — but I knew that going in. The phone actually works great, no lag, screen is fine, and honestly the price reflected the cosmetic issues so I'm not upset about it. Battery isn't amazing but it gets through my day. If you're OK with a phone that looks used, this is good value. Just don't expect it to look new.
arrived completely dead
Phone showed up and wouldn't turn on no matter what I tried. Left it on the charger for hours, nothing. Called support and got the runaround about whether it was actually their problem. Ended up having to ship it back and wait almost 2 weeks for a replacement. The warranty was supposed to be the safety net here but it felt like pulling teeth to use it. Really disappointed with how this was handled.
