solid build, great battery health
Was nervous buying pre-owned but this unit is clean. Battery health at 91%, screen has zero scratches, and it came in proper packaging with the charging cable. The 32-point inspection clearly mattered here because everything checked out. Fast delivery too. Would buy from them again.
decent phone, visibly used but works great
Got this in fair condition and honestly knew what I was signing up for — it's got some scratches on the back and the screen has a couple marks, but nothing that bothers me during normal use. Battery sits around 82% which is totally fine. Showed up in 2 days and the warranty gives me peace of mind. For the price versus buying new, this was the right call.

arrived in rough shape, not 128GB
Listed as excellent condition 128GB but the phone showed up with visible scratches on the frame and the storage was actually 64GB. Battery health at 76% too. The 32-point inspection must've been done with eyes closed. BestMobileCanada's warranty is solid so I initiated a return, but pretty disappointed with what I got versus what was advertised.
exactly what i needed

dead on arrival, worst experience
Device arrived completely unresponsive. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't boot, nothing. Contacted BestMobileCanada and they insisted it was fine when tested, blamed me for breaking it. The warranty claim process was a headache and they dragged their feet. Don't waste your time with this retailer.
