mostly good, minor cosmetic issue
The A60 works well enough — no complaints about performance or battery. My only thing is there's a hairline scratch on the bottom bezel I didn't expect given it was listed as 'fair.' The listing could've been clearer on that. Otherwise solid phone for the price.

Honestly didn't expect much from a pre-owned phone but this A60 has held up. 256GB gives me breathing room, the 32-point inspection they do actually paid off—no surprises when it arrived. One thing: the charger wasn't in the box, which I should've checked the listing for. Still, for what I paid versus new, can't complain.
way better than expected for the price
was nervous about buying refurbished for the first time but this exceeded what I thought I'd get. 128GB in fair condition—yeah, there are marks on the sides, but the screen is actually pristine and the performance is snappy. Battery's still got good health. Showed up the next day. Would do it again.

Pretty happy with this one. 128GB is enough for me, screen's good, battery's decent. Showed up fast and in good shape. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the charger wasn't in the box — had to use my old one. Not a huge deal but worth noting.
works fine, but shows its age
Got this A60 in fair condition and yeah, there's definitely some wear on the back and screen has minor scratches. That said, it does everything I need it to do. Battery holds around 80-85%, phone runs smooth enough for daily use. I was worried about buying pre-owned but BestMobileCanada's inspection process seemed thorough and the 1-year warranty gives me peace of mind. For the price versus what a new one costs, I can't complain too much. Just don't expect it to look pristine.

Got the 256GB model in good condition. There's a tiny mark on the back that matches the listing, but honestly I barely notice it. Everything works fine — calls, texts, apps, battery lasts through the day. Good value for a used phone.
