honest review: worth the risk on used
Was nervous about buying refurbished since I'd never done it before, but honestly this Oppo A80 convinced me it's the way to go. The 128GB fair unit came with some scuffs like the listing showed, but the 32-point inspection they mention actually means something — phone runs smooth, no dead pixels, battery percentage was accurate. Came with the warranty too which was my safety net. Wouldn't hesitate to order from BestMobileCanada again.
works great but minor cosmetic issue
Honestly this 256GB phone in excellent condition is great for the price. Fast shipping, everything arrived wrapped up nicely, and the 32-point inspection was thorough. Only thing—there's a hairline scratch on the frame I spotted under good light. Doesn't affect use at all, just caught me slightly off-guard given the "excellent" label. Still happy with it.
solid device, no complaints
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this 256GB A80 put that to rest. Battery sits at a respectable percentage, screen looks clean, and it just works. Arrived in two days as promised. For the price you'd pay for a new budget phone, this was a no-brainer.
battery died after 3 weeks
Received the 256GB model and it worked fine at first, but after about three weeks the battery started draining super fast. Now I'm lucky if I get 4 hours before it dies. The listing said Fair condition and the phone looked decent when it came, but they didn't mention the battery was already degraded. Warranty claim is being processed but this is frustrating.
fair condition, fair price, works great
Got the 128GB fair model and it's been solid. Yeah, there's some visible wear on the back, but nothing that bothers me since I use a case anyway. Battery's holding up fine, screen is clear, and it arrived within 24 hours like they said. At this price compared to buying new, I'm not complaining.
decent phone, expected more
The 128GB Oppo A80 works okay. Camera is fine, screen is bright enough. My complaint is the battery drains faster than I'd hoped—around 70% health maybe—and there are some light scratches on the back I didn't notice in the photos. It's a solid budget phone but the value felt a bit off for the asking price.
good value, arrived a day late
The 256GB phone itself is solid—battery health is decent, screen has no major issues, everything functions smoothly. My only gripe is it took four days instead of the promised 24-hour delivery window. Customer service was responsive when I asked about it though, and the warranty gave me peace of mind. Can't complain too much for the price.
excellent condition, excellent deal
Picked up the 256GB excellent variant and it honestly looks barely used. Screen's pristine, no scratches I can spot, and the packaging was decent considering it's pre-owned. What really got me was the price difference versus a new one — saved enough to grab a decent case and tempered glass. Battery health is solid at 94%, performance is snappy, and having the year-long warranty takes the worry out of it. This is how buying used should feel.
