impressed, especially the battery
Honestly thought the battery would be more degraded but it's holding 94%. Phone's clean, no cracks, screen's sharp. The packaging was secure too, nothing arrived damaged. Warranty gives you that extra safety net. If you're on a budget, this beats buying new by a mile.
solid phone, really solid
Showed up in like 24 hours which was great. The Find X5 Lite feels nice in hand, camera works well for everyday stuff. Screen's bright and colours look good. No dead pixels or anything wrong with it. Pretty impressed for a pre-owned unit.
does what it says, no drama
Phone works as described. Minor scuff on the back corner but that's what I was buying into at the good condition price. Screen's responsive, performance is fine for texting and browsing. Can't complain for what I paid.
good phone but battery concerns
Was skeptical buying pre-owned but this arrived clean and fully functional. Display and build feel premium. My only real gripe is the battery health showed 82% on first charge—listing said excellent condition but didn't flag that. It still lasts most of the day, just not ideal. Otherwise solid device.
disappointed with battery performance
Showed up in two days which was great. However, battery health is sitting at 78%—way below what 'excellent condition' should mean. The device itself works but dies by mid-afternoon with moderate use. Feels like the inspection missed something important. Debating whether to use the warranty.
exactly what I needed, great shape
Bought this Find X5 Lite expecting some wear since it's pre-owned, but the 256GB came in excellent condition. Screen's crisp, no dead pixels, and the battery's holding at 94% which is solid. Shipped within 24 hours like they promised. The 32-point inspection they do actually means something — you can tell they weren't just slapping a "refurbished" sticker on it. At this price versus buying new, it's hard to argue. The warranty gives me peace of mind too.
happy with this purchase
Honestly this has been solid. Fast shipping, arrived in the condition they said. The screen is sharp, processor doesn't lag, and I've had zero issues in two weeks. The 256GB gives me room to breathe. Warranty peace of mind is nice too.
does what it should, nothing more
Phone works fine. Camera's decent, display looks good. It's not flashy but it handles apps and calls without issue. Battery drops faster than I'd hoped by evening, and the back has some scuffs I knew about from the listing. For the price it's fair, just don't expect it to feel brand new.
dead on arrival, what a mess
Received the phone and it wouldn't even turn on. Tried charging it for two hours—nothing. Contacted support and got the runaround about whether it was actually DOA or if I did something wrong. The warranty is supposed to cover this stuff but getting them to honor it has been a nightmare. Don't bother.
way better than expected
Was nervous about buying refurbished but this thing arrived in perfect condition. Battery's at 92%, no marks on the body, screen doesn't have a single scratch. The 32-point inspection they do actually means something. Saves you a couple hundred bucks vs new and you get the warranty peace of mind.
