decent phone, some battery concern
The Reno 8 Lite itself isn't a bad device — camera works, build feels solid, interface is smooth. My issue is the battery was listed at 87% but seems to drain faster than that in real use. Also took 3 days to arrive despite the 24-hour promise. phone's fine but the experience could've been better.

When I opened the box, the phone had more scratches than the listing suggested. Fair condition should've been clearer about the extent. Took 4 days to arrive despite the 24-hour promise. I contacted support and got a response after 2 days. The phone does work, but I feel like I overpaid for something that didn't match expectations. Warranty's there if needed, I guess.
solid mid-range phone at used prices
picked this up in good condition and it's been reliable so far. Battery's holding around 89%, screen has no marks, and it came with the original box which was nice. Compared to buying new, the price difference makes sense. Camera's decent for everyday stuff. Nothing fancy but it does what you need without being frustrating.
works great, only minor thing
Really happy with this purchase. The phone itself runs smoothly, camera's decent, and the display is bright. Only thing — I noticed one tiny scratch on the bottom edge that wasn't mentioned in the listing. It doesn't bother me much and doesn't affect use, but would've been good to know upfront. Otherwise very pleased.
wrong phone entirely
Ordered the Reno 8 Lite 128GB and received a completely different model. Contacted them immediately and they seemed confused about the mix-up. Return process was a hassle and took almost 3 weeks. Lost a lot of time and trust here. Very disappointed.
nice phone but battery life disappointing
The device itself is in excellent condition — barely looks used. Problem is the battery doesn't last as long as I expected. Even with moderate use I'm charging it by evening. It's not a dealbreaker since the warranty covers it, but I thought the 32-point inspection would've flagged battery health more clearly. Everything else about it is great, just the battery thing bothers me.

bought this in fair condition and knew what I was getting. there's some visible wear on the back — scuffs and marks — but nothing that bothers me functionally. screen works perfectly. battery's at 82% which is honestly better than I expected at this price point. does the job for a backup phone.
