good enough with minor disappointments
Phone works perfectly fine and the 64GB gives me plenty of room. Battery's around 85%, which is acceptable. My one gripe: it arrived without a charger, and the listing didn't mention that. Since the fair condition grade was accurate—visible scratches on the frame—I can't be too upset. For the price, it's a decent buy if you already have a USB-C cable lying around.
dead on arrival, wouldn't turn on
Recieved the phone and it wouldn't power up at all. Tried charging it for hours, nothing. Contacted support and they asked me to do basic troubleshooting I'd already done. The warranty supposedly covers defects but getting them to actually process a replacement took forever. Really disappointed because I needed a phone quickly and this wasted a week of my time.
solid phone for the price
Picked this up to replace my broken Pixel and honestly can't complain. Battery sits around 90%, screen's clean, and it handles everything I throw at it without lag. The 128GB storage means I'm not constantly deleting photos. Came in the promised 24 hours and the warranty paperwork was all there.
great value, visible wear and all
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time, but this thing is honestly a solid workhorse. Yeah, the back has some light scratches—it's listed as fair condition and that's exactly what you get—but the display is bright, battery's holding steady, and the 64GB is enough for my needs. Shipping was fast and I've got a year of warranty peace of mind.
works fine but feels like a step down
The Galaxy A23 is technically in excellent condition—no scratches, battery health around 92%—but comparing it to what I had before, it just feels less snappy. The screen's good and nothing's broken, so I can't fault BestMobileCanada's grading. It does what a phone should do. For the price of a new budget phone, I guess it's fair, but I expected to feel more excited about it.
solid phone for the price
Been using this A23 for about two months now. Screen looks clean, no major scratches or anything. Battery's holding up fine — gets me through a full day of moderate use. The 32-point inspection they mention actually seems legit; everything works as it should. Paid way less than a new one and the 1-year warranty gave me peace of mind since I was nervous about buying used. Shows up in 2 days which was faster than expected. No complaints so far.
does what it's supposed to do
Recieved the phone in 2 days. Fair condition means there's scratching on the back and sides, which is exactly what I got, so no surprises there. 128GB is plenty. Battery's at 86%, screen's responsive. Not thrilled, not disappointed—it's a phone that works. The warranty sticker gives me some comfort if something goes wrong down the road.
condition worse than described
Listed as fair but the phone arrived with a noticeable dent on the corner and the battery is only at 79%. That's not fair condition, that's pushing it. The screen works and the device itself powers on, but I expected better quality control given BestMobileCanada's reputation. The 32-point inspection supposedly happened but I'm not seeing evidence of it on this unit.
