Ordered the 16GB thinking it would be in better shape. When it arrived the screen had some visible scratches and the back casing has dents. Battery percentage wasn't mentioned in the listing and it's sitting at 72%. I get that pre-owned means some wear, but the photos online didn't show this much damage. Contacted support and they were okay about it but didn't offer much.
does everything I need
Was nervous about buying refurbished but this thing arrived in great shape. Battery still holds a solid charge, screen is clean, and it came with all the stuff you'd expect. Using it for browsing, email, and some light gaming—no complaints. Way cheaper than buying new and honestly can't tell the difference.
almost perfect, one small thing
Really happy with this 64GB model. Storage is plenty, apps load quick, display looks sharp. My only minor gripe is there was a tiny hairline scratch on the corner that I didn't notice in the photos, but it's barely visible and doesn't bother me. shipping was fast as promised. For the price compared to new, it's solid value.

decent but battery's not great
The tablet itself works fine for reading and watching videos, but I was disappointed when I tested the battery. It hits maybe 78-80% of what a new one would do. The listing said it was inspected but I wish they'd been clearer about battery health upfront. Screen and build are good though, so it's not a total loss.
solid used buy, no regrets

been using this for three weeks now and i'm really pleased. the 64GB gives me room for apps and media without constantly deleting stuff. screen brightness is good even in sunlight, sound is decent for a tablet. battery still runs strong from morning to evening with regular use. no visible scratches or damage. picked it over a new model because you can get more storage for less money. no regrets.

Paid for Fair condition 32GB but the battery percentage they listed (82%) seems way off—it's more like 65% now. Also arrived with visible cracks around the edges that weren't in the photos. The tablet itself works, but the description didn't match what I got. Disappointed with the inspection report accuracy.
