solid tablet, solid price
Been using the 16GB for a few weeks now. Good condition, screen is clear, runs everything I throw at it without lag. Battery's at 87%. Packaging was decent, arrived on time. Not flashy but it absolutely does what a tablet should do.

tablet arrived in excellent shape physically — no scratches, screen is clean. That said, the battery percentage was lower than expected at 82% even though the listing didn't specify. Still works fine for videos and browsing but I thought the condition matched the price better. It's okay but felt like there should've been more detail upfront about battery health.

Bought this 32GB fair condition tab mostly to test pre-owned before investing in something pricier. It's got visible scratches on the frame like the listing said, but the screen works perfectly and battery's at 84%. For what I paid versus buying new, no regrets here.
okay device, shipping took time
the tablet itself is solid enough. it's got some visible wear on the edges which matches the "fair" description they gave. runs apps without issues. my main gripe is it took 3 days to arrive when they said 24 hours. not a dealbreaker but the delay was frustrating. for the cost it's acceptable.

Was nervous buying used for the first time, but this 16GB arrived quick and the battery's still at 82%. Yeah, there are scuffs on the back and a small nick on the corner—matches the "fair" description—but nothing affects how it works. Glad I went this route instead of spending way more on new.
surprised how nice this is
was nervous buying pre-owned since it was my first time, but this tab showed up in great shape. screen is genuinely pristine, the 32GB gives plenty of room. battery health is solid at 91%. the inspection report they included documented everything and there were no surprises. better value than I expected and the year warranty takes the risk out. would order from them again.
decent tablet for the price
got this as a secondary device and it does the job. The 16GB is tight on storage but manageable if you're not loading it with movies. screen looks decent even with some expected wear marks. Wasn't sure about buying pre-owned but BestMobileCanada's inspection report was detailed enough that I felt confident. Happy with the value.
specs don't match what arrived
The listing said "excellent" but the device I recieved has visible cracks on the bezel and the battery is sitting at 78%. That's not excellent. I expected better given the rating. it still works okay but feels like false advertising. Customer service offered a partial refund which is something but annoying to deal with.
exactly what i needed
been using this tab for about two weeks now and it's solid. screen is bright, no dead pixels that i can see. battery holds up through a full day of reading and streaming. way cheaper than buying new and honestly the 32GB is plenty. shipping came in 24 hours like they promised. no complaints here.
dead on arrival, won't turn on
Ordered the 32GB thinking it was a good deal. Device arrived and wouldn't power up at all. Tried charging for hours, nothing. The listing said "good" condition but didn't mention a non-functional unit. Warranty support took forever to respond and I'm still waiting on a replacement. Really disappointed given the price point.
