Opened the box and the screen wouldn't turn on. Tried charging for an hour, nothing. The listing said it passed a 32-point inspection but clearly something was missed. BestMobileCanada did honor the warranty and sent a replacement, but the whole process took over two weeks. frustrating experience overall.

Pulled it out of the box and thought they sent me a new phone by mistake. Screen is crystal clear inside and out, no scratches I can find, case and charger included. Battery at 94%. The fold mechanism feels like it's never been used. Honestly surprised how pristine it is for the price. This is what "excellent" condition actually means.

The phone functions fine for daily use, but the screen has visible scratches and the battery sits around 78%. For the fair condition price, I knew what I was getting. Wish they'd been clearer about the exact battery percentage upfront though.
