decent phone, battery concerns me
Got it in excellent condition like advertised, screen looks pristine. But the battery's sitting at 82% health according to the report, which feels low for "excellent." Phone runs fine day-to-day, 5G is snappy, but I'm already thinking about a replacement in a year or so. For the price versus buying new it's still reasonable, just not what I expected from the top condition tier.
solid upgrade for the price
Honestly wasn't sure about buying used, but this 256GB in good condition was half the price of new. Has some light wear on the edges but nothing that bothers me. Battery health at 88%, screen responsive, camera quality is solid. 5G kicks in fast. The 32-point inspection they do actually shows—everything checked out. No complaints so far, three months in and still going strong.
showed up with dead battery
The TCL itself seems fine once I charged it up—camera's decent, display is sharp. But it arrived completely dead, which was weird. Took support a couple days to respond about the warranty. They were helpful in the end, but the whole experience put me off. For a pre-owned device with a 1-year warranty, I expected better QC before shipping.
works but not what i expected
Got the excellent condition 256GB model but honestly it doesn't feel as premium as the listing suggested. There's actually a hairline crack on the top edge I didn't notice until daylight. Battery is decent at 89%. Phone runs fine, no software issues, but the cosmetic condition wasn't quite 'excellent' to me. It's functional but a bit of a letdown.
solid 5G phone, good condition
Picked this up on a whim and it's been dependable. The device shows light wear but nothing that bothers me. 5G connectivity is snappy, screen is bright, and 256GB gives me room to breathe. Battery's holding up fine after a few weeks of use. The warranty sealed the deal for me—nice to have that safety net.
good value, works as expected
Screen's crisp, 5G network latching is quick, and the fair condition rating was accurate—I can see some light scratches on the frame. Nothing wrong with it functionally. 24-hour delivery was nice. Battery health at 87%. Not flashy, but it does what I need. For this price point it's a win.
pre-owned doesn't mean compromised
This was my first time buying refurbished and I was nervous. The 128GB fair condition listing said visible marks, and yeah, there's some scuffs on the back—but honestly once you use it you forget they're there. Warranty kicked in fast when I had a question. Battery's at 86%, performance is solid, no lag. Changed my mind about used phones.
good condition, minor screen issue
The TCL 50 arrived in good shape overall. There's a very slight discoloration on one corner of the screen that I only notice in certain lighting—doesn't affect usability. Battery lasts a full day. No charger included but that's typical for used phones. Works well enough.
battery died after two weeks
Bought the 128GB fair condition phone and it seemed OK at first. But after two weeks the battery started dropping crazy fast—down to 20% by midday. Listed as 85% health but feels way worse. Support took three days to respond. Still waiting on replacement. The 24-hour delivery was nice but the actual product disappointed me.
fair condition but works great
Got the 128GB fair variant and honestly didn't expect much at this price point. There's visible wear on the back and a small scratch on the frame, but the screen is clean and it runs smooth. Battery holds around 87% which is solid for a used phone. Saved like $300 compared to new so I'm not complaining.
