arrived broken, warranty claim denied
Phone didn't turn on when it arrived. Tried different chargers, nothing. Immediately contacted BestMobileCanada to use the warranty and they said the device showed no signs of physical damage so it must be a software issue on my end. Sent it back twice and same response both times. Complete waste of time. The warranty feels useless if they won't actually help when something's wrong.
decent phone, battery's the catch
Works fine for daily stuff like messaging and browsing. Screen looks clean, no complaints there. Battery gets me through a day but not comfortably — I'm hitting 15% by evening with moderate use. For the price compared to buying new it's reasonable, but I expected the 32-point inspection to catch that the battery was sitting closer to 80% than advertised.
no regrets on this one
Got the 128GB model. Storage's decent if you're not hoarding videos, but honestly the real win here is how fast it shipped and how clean the device actually is. Battery percentage was right where they said it'd be. One-year warranty takes the edge off buying second-hand.
way better than expected
Was skeptical about buying pre-owned but this thing looks nearly new. The 32-point inspection they do actually means something — no dead pixels, no weird software issues, just a phone that works. Battery health at 94%. For the price versus a fresh unit, this is the move.
solid phone, solid price
Picked this up instead of buying new and saved myself a couple hundred bucks. Battery's still at 92%, screen looks clean, and the 256GB gives me plenty of space. Arrived within 24 hours like they said. Can't complain.
way worse battery than described
Showed up in decent shape physically, but the battery is the real problem — it's dropping to 20% by mid-afternoon with light use. The listing said "good condition" and 256GB storage is there, but I'm pretty sure that battery percentage they mentioned was optimistic. Contacted support about the warranty but they said battery degradation isn't covered unless it's below their threshold, which apparently it technically isn't. Frustrated because I coulda bought new for not much more.
solid backup phone, really solid
picked this up as a second phone and it's been flawless so far. no scratches, battery's holding at 89%, screen's crisp. the 32-point inspection they did actually shows — everything works as it should. got it in like 20 hours. for the price you're getting basically a new phone that just happens to have a previous owner. warranty is solid peace of mind too.
better than expected for the price
Honestly wasn't sure what to expect buying pre-owned but this has been great. Arrived within the 24h window, everything sealed up properly. Screen has zero issues, battery's hovering around 87%, charging works smooth. No visible wear on the case. Compared to buying new this saves you a chunk of change for basically the same phone. Been using it for three weeks, no problems at all.
