screen and battery both solid
Been using this 64GB iPhone X for about three weeks now. Picked the excellent condition option and the description was accurate — basically looks brand new. Battery's at 91%, screen is crystal clear, no dead pixels or scratches. The 32-point inspection they mentioned actually seems legit. Would buy from them again.
Battery degraded faster than listed
Bought it at 86% battery health like the listing said, but after three weeks of normal use it's already down to 79%. That's quick for an iPhone X. The phone itself looks fine and runs okay, but I expected the battery to hold better. Considering sending it in under warranty to get it checked—hopefully they can help. It's functional but not quite what I hoped for at this price point.

j'ai acheté le X en 256GB condition passable pis franchement c'est de la bonne valeur. l'écran fonctionne super bien malgré quelques petites marques qu'on voit à peine. la batterie affiche 81% ce qui est correct pour un appareil d'occasion. les gars chez BestMobileCanada ont été clairs sur l'état réel du téléphone et ça s'est arrangé comme prévu. une année de garantie c'est rassurant quand tu achètes usagé. Pas mal heureux avec ma décision.
Great phone, minor screen imperfection
The iPhone X performs exactly as expected. Apps open instantly, the camera is sharp, and the Face ID works reliably. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is there's a small hairline scratch on the top left of the screen that I noticed when the light hits it right. It doesn't affect usability at all, but it's there. Otherwise very happy with this purchase.

Was hesitant about the 256GB model since I usually go larger, but it's actually plenty. Screen looks good, battery at 88%. Only minor thing: said 24-hour delivery but took 3 days. Still happy with what I got for the price.
Fair condition but works perfectly
Bought this as a fair condition unit and knew what I was getting into. There's some light marks on the back and the screen has a tiny hairline, but honestly it doesn't bother me. Everything functions exactly as it should. Battery's solid at 89%. Shipped in two days, which was faster than expected.
device arrived completely dead
Ordered the 64GB thinking I was getting a deal. Phone arrived and won't power on at all. Tried everything — different chargers, force restart, nothing. Customer service says it's out of warranty scope somehow even though I'm within 30 days. Pretty disappointed for a device listed as "excellent condition."
