Fair condition but fully functional
Was nervous about buying pre-owned for the first time, but the listing was honest about the condition. There are some light scratches on the back and a small mark on the lower left corner of the screen, but nothing that affects how it works. The 512GB gives me plenty of space, battery's holding strong, and the warranty gives me peace of mind. Can't complain for the price.
Battery life worse than expected
Ordered the fair condition 512GB model and the listing said 89% battery health. When I tested it properly, barely made it through a full day with moderate use. Contacted support and they were helpful, but the battery percentage didn't match what was described. The device itself is fine, but that was disappointing.

Paid way less than a new one and got basically the same phone. Yeah there's some scuff marks on the chassis that I can see if I look close, but honestly after a week of use you stop noticing. bon achat malgré les défauts
J'ai acheté le modèle 1TB en condition « fair » pis honnêtement, c'était une bonne décision. Oui, y'a des rayures sur les côtés et la batterie est à 84%, mais l'appareil fonctionne parfaitement. L'écran intérieur est intact, la charnière répond bien. Pour le prix qu'on paie versus neuf, c'est du bon value. Le service de livraison a aussi été rapide. J'ai pas de regrets.

Reçu rapidement. C'est vrai qu'il y a quelques marques de use sur les côtés, mais pour le prix c'est rien. Batterie tient très bien, les deux écrans sont clairs. Pas de problème depuis trois semaines d'utilisation normale. Je recommande.
