device stopped working after 3 weeks
The Z Flip 256GB seemed fine when it arrived—looked great actually. Then about 3 weeks in the screen stopped responding to touch. Contacted BestMobileCanada with the warranty and they said it's a software issue and not covered. I'm stuck with a $600+ brick. Pretty frustrated. Warranty disclaimer felt like a gotcha.

J'ai commandé le Z Flip7 256GB et c'est vraiment du stock de qualité. Aucune rayure visible, l'écran est impeccable et la charnière fonctionne sans bruit. Livraison rapide, emballage sécuritaire. Pour le prix, c'est pas mal meilleur que d'acheter neuf. La garantie d'un an, c'est rassurant.
funciona bien, pequeños detalles
Recibí el 512GB en condición regular como se describió. Tiene marcas visibles en los laterales pero la pantalla está impecable y la bisagra abre y cierra sin problemas. Batería en 86%. Lo que me sacó medio punto fue que llegó sin protector de pantalla, pero nada grave. Llegó en tiempo.

fair condition, but does what it should
Got this in fair condition and knew what I was signing up for. There's visible scratches on the back and some minor marks on the frame, but the screen is clean and everything works. Battery's holding at 85%. It's a flip phone that flips, the camera's solid, and at this price point I can't really argue. Just don't expect it to look brand new.
fair condition, still worth it
Picked this up as my first pre-owned phone. Yeah, there's some visible wear on the edges and the back has a few light scratches, but for the price difference versus new, I can't complain. Folds smooth, screen's crisp, and the battery sits around 88%. Came well packaged and arrived next day. The 1-year warranty gave me peace of mind too.
exceeded my expectations
picked up the 256GB Fair and honestly the wear is way less noticeable than I thought it'd be. Light scuffs on the sides but the screen and fold mechanism are flawless. Battery's sitting at 87%, so no complaints there. Saving nearly $300 versus new made this an easy choice.
pretty good, one small thing though
Got the 512GB in good condition and it's been solid so far. Battery health 90%, screen's perfect. Only thing is it took 3 days to arrive, not the 24-hour promise mentioned. Still happy with the phone itself though, no real issues with the device.

Compré este Z Flip7 hace dos semanas y ha sido perfecto. Sin rasguños visibles, la batería está en 91%, y el mecanismo de plegado funciona impecable. El empaque llegó bien protegido. Considerando que es pre-usado, el precio está muy justo comparado con comprar nuevo. Recomendado.
Excellent shape, one small thing
This phone is pristine. Barely a mark on it, screen's flawless, hinge works smooth. 512GB gives me plenty of room. Battery at 93%. My only minor note: took about 36 hours to arrive instead of the 24-hour promise, but that's a small gripe. Everything else was perfect. Really happy with it.
