minor scratch on the lens
Happy with the 256GB purchase overall — phone works great and shipped fast. My one gripe is there's a small scratch on the camera lens that wasn't mentioned. Doesn't affect photos much but would've been nice to know upfront. Still a fair deal for the price, just knocked my rating down a notch.
better than expected for pre-owned

great phone, minor screen issue
Pretty happy with this purchase overall. The Zenfone 11 Ultra feels solid, camera performs well, and 512GB gives me plenty of room. Only thing is there's a tiny hairline scratch on the lower left of the screen that I didn't notice in the listing photos. It doesn't affect functionality and honestly I should've checked more carefully during unboxing. Still a good deal.
fair condition but the phone itself is solid
Paid way less than a new one and honestly that's the whole point. Screen has some minor marks when you look close, nothing that affects using it. Battery health was listed at 87% and it holds a charge fine through my day. The 512GB is plenty and everything runs smooth. Yeah it's not pristine but for the price I'm not complaining. Came in 2 days like they said and the warranty gives me peace of mind.

Honestly was nervous about buying refurbished for the first time. This arrived in good shape, all the hardware works as expected, and the 1-year warranty gives peace of mind. Screen looks clean, no dead pixels that I can find. Performance is snappy with the 512GB storage. Would definitely buy from them again.
works but battery is weaker than listed
The Zenfone itself is solid hardware and I like the design, but my 512GB unit showed 78% battery health instead of the 82-85% range the listing implied. It still lasts a day with moderate use, just not as long as I hoped. The warranty covers battery replacement so I might go that route. Rest of the phone feels fine.

Got the 256GB model and it's been flawless so far. The display is crisp, no dead pixels or anything, and the processor handles everything I throw at it without stuttering. Battery gets me through a full day easy. At this price point vs buying new, it's hard to beat.

The 512GB good condition unit arrived quick. Some minor scuffs on the sides that match the 'good' rating they gave it — I expected that and am fine with it. Phone itself runs smooth, screen is bright and clear. Beats paying full retail by a mile.

Picked up the 512GB version in good condition. It's got some very light wear on the frame if you look close, but nothing that bothers me. Camera is sharp, battery sits around 87% health which is exactly what the listing said. Does everything I need without any lag. Good value.
