solid keyboard phone at right price
Was looking for a BlackBerry with an actual keyboard and this 128GB unit showed up in fair shape. Few visible scuffs but nothing that bothers me—I knew what I was getting. Battery health at 84%, which is honest. The physical keyboard is the whole reason I wanted this and it delivers. Showed up next day, warranty's solid. Happy with the value.
exactly what I needed
Picked this up for work because I still prefer typing on a real keyboard. 128GB fair condition arrived yesterday and it's been flawless so far. Yeah there's some wear on the edges but the screen is clear and the keys feel responsive. Battery's sitting at 85%, totally acceptable. Compared to buying new this is a fraction of the cost and the warranty gives me peace of mind. Would buy from them again.
battery died after two weeks
Ordered the 64GB fair condition unit on a Tuesday, arrived Wednesday as promised. Looked exactly as described—scratches and all. But the battery started dropping fast around day 10, down to 45% health. Contacted support and they said it should've been flagged in the 32-point inspection. Warranty claim is processing but it's been frustrating. Device still works but I'm not confident about longevity.
arrived completely unresponsive
Ordered the 128GB 'good' condition model and it showed up dead. Won't power on at all, not even with charging overnight. Contacted support about the warranty but got the runaround — they claimed it was user error. Frustrating because the listing didn't mention any power issues. Device is essentially a brick. Do not recommend.

good phone, minor cosmetic issue
Solid device. Battery's healthy at 89%, runs smooth, and the keyboard is genuinely useful if you send a lot of messages. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is there's a small scratch on the top left corner of the frame that wasn't mentioned in the listing — nothing that affects function but it's there. Packaging was fine, warranty came through no problem. For the price compared to buying new this is definitely worth it. Just wish the description had been more thorough about that scratch.
