Battery died within two weeks
Advertised as 85% battery health but it was draining to 20% by mid-afternoon with light use. Contacted support and they said it was within spec, but that doesn't match what I was told. Device itself is fine, screen is clear, but the battery issue makes it hard to use away from an outlet.
decent tablet, shipping took longer
Got the iPad after 3 days instead of the promised 24 hours, which was annoying since I needed it for a work trip. That said, the device itself is in good shape. The 128GB storage is plenty and it handles everything I throw at it. The 32-point inspection must've caught most issues because I haven't found any surprises.

does everything I wanted
Needed something for reading and streaming shows, and this 32GB model does both without any fussing around. Battery lasts a solid day with regular use. There are some visible marks on the casing but honestly I don't care — it's a tool, not a decoration. Warranty's peace of mind.
solid tablet, solid purchase
this is my second device from BestMobileCanada and they've nailed it again. no dead pixels, speakers work great, battery holds a charge like it should. 32GB is smaller than I'd normally want but the price difference from the 128GB wasn't worth it for me. shipped quick and no hassles with setup. good stuff.

This 128GB came in really good shape. Screen is flawless, barely any wear on the edges. Arrived faster than expected. Compared to buying new I'm saving close to $200 and getting the same performance. Would've paid more without the warranty backing it up.

Works fine, but screen has marks
The iPad runs smoothly and all the apps I need load without lag. Storage is tight at 32GB though — filled up faster than I expected. Screen has some visible scratches that weren't obvious in the photos. Still functional and the warranty gives me peace of mind, but I wish the condition photos had been clearer.
Dead battery, won't turn on
Arrived yesterday and the device won't power up at all. Tried charging for 2 hours with the included cable. The listing said 'fair condition' but didn't mention a non-functional battery. Contacted support but haven't heard back yet. Pretty disappointed for the price.
works fine but feels odd
The tablet itself is in excellent condition — really minimal marks, screen is perfect. But I got it home and something felt off, like the performance dips randomly when I'm using heavier apps. Checked the specs and it says it's normal, but I wasn't expecting that. Still works, still usable, just not the seamless experience I hoped for.
