screen quality disappoints
So the device is marked "excellent" condition and cosmetically it's pretty clean, 512GB is great. But I noticed almost immediately there's a faint discoloration in the bottom left corner of the screen — nothing major but it bugs me when I'm using it. Not dead pixels, more like uneven backlight maybe? The 32-point inspection they mention apparently missed this. Battery is decent at 87%. It still works, which is why I'm not rating it lower, but for "excellent" condition I expected better screen quality.
battery dead after 3 weeks
Device showed up in good condition as listed — looked clean, no visible damage. But after three weeks the battery started dying without warning, dropping from 40% to 0% in minutes. The inspection report said 86% health so I don't know what happened. Customer service has been slow responding about warranty coverage.

arrived completely dead, won't turn on
Ordered the 512GB and it came in the "excellent" condition box but the device is completely unresponsive. Been charging for 2 hours, nothing. Tried a different cable. Still nothing. The warranty is supposed to cover this but I'm not interested in the back-and-forth right now. Really frustrating since I specifically chose this retailer because of the 1-year coverage.
