does what it's supposed to
Got the 256GB version listed as excellent condition. Screen is basically flawless, device feels snappy, no obvious wear on the body. Battery's at 87% which is decent. My only complaint is it came without the charging brick and cable — I get that's common with pre-owned but would've been nice to know upfront. Still saves me $300 vs buying new so can't complain too much.
does the job without issues
Picked up the 256GB fair condition model as a second device. Has some cosmetic wear but nothing structural is wrong with it. Speakers are clear, charging port works fine, Face ID is snappy. Battery was at 85% on arrival. Honestly just needed something reliable for media and note-taking, and this delivers. No regrets.
Fair condition, fair price
Got the 64GB Fair variant. It's got some visible scuffs on the back and edges—nothing shocking for the condition tier, and the listing was upfront about it so no surprises when it arrived. Works great, no issues with performance or the display. Battery's at 82% which is acceptable. For the price I paid versus a new one, it does the job. Not pristine looking but completely functional.
exactly what i needed
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time but this 512GB came in better shape than the 'fair' label suggested. Some light scratches on the back but the screen is pristine. Battery health 85%, gets me through a full day of use no problem. Fast shipping (arrived in 24 hours), and the warranty gives peace of mind. Good value.
battery died after two weeks
Listed as 'good' condition with 64GB but the battery was reading 68% health when it arrived. After 2 weeks of light use it started dropping to 20% within a couple hours. The screen looks fine and it powers on, but I can't rely on it for anything. Warranty coverage told me battery degradation isn't covered on pre-owned devices.
solid tablet, minor cosmetic issues
Ordered the 256GB in fair condition and knew what I was getting into. There's definitely some wear on the edges and a couple small marks on the back, but nothing that affects how it works. The 32-point inspection they do actually seems legit — screen is responsive, no dead pixels, speakers work fine. Battery health at 84%. It's a capable iPad at a reasonable price, though I wish the listing photos showed the cosmetic stuff more clearly.
256GB model, zero regrets so far
Bought this 256GB iPad Pro 11 about three weeks ago and it's been solid. Screen looks pristine—no marks or discoloration I can see. Battery's sitting around 89% health which honestly doesn't bother me at all for a pre-owned device. The whole thing arrived within 24 hours and came well packaged. Compared to buying new, you're saving a couple hundred bucks and getting something that feels and works exactly like a new one. The warranty gave me peace of mind too since I was a bit nervous about ordering refurbished before this.
worth every penny
Got this 256GB about a month ago. It's been rock solid. The listing said fair condition and there are some visible marks on the chassis, but I expected that and they honestly don't bother me. Screen is bright and responsive. Battery sitting at 86% health. Using it daily for design work and it handles everything I throw at it. Can't complain.
