solid tablet, fair price
Picked this up as a second device for the house. 512GB model is snappy, handles everything I throw at it without lag. The inspection report was thorough — makes you feel like you actually know what you're getting. Saved a fair bit compared to retail and it's held up well for three months now.
Dead battery, won't turn on
Received the iPad and it won't power on at all. Battery was supposedly at 89% according to the listing but it's completely dead. Tried charging for hours with multiple cables — nothing. Contacted support but the warranty process has been slow. Really disappointed given the price point.
fair condition means it still works great
Screen scratches are light, back has some scuff marks. But honestly? For the price difference between this and a new one, I'm not complaining. Runs everything I throw at it. Delivered within 24 hours like they promised.
looks pristine but performance isn't special
This 256GB excellent condition iPad looks brand new. Not a scratch on it. That said, it's a gen 2 Pro—it does what it's supposed to do but nothing surprising. If you need a big screen for media or light work, great. If you expected it to feel fast by 2024 standards, you'll be disappointed. No real defects though, just realistic about the specs.
Battery died after two weeks
Recieved the 512GB in good condition and everything looked fine at first. After about two weeks the battery started draining instantly — couldn't get past 20% charge even after a full cycle. Contacted support and they kept saying to try different things but it never improved. Eventually got a replacement but the hassle wasn't worth it. Warranty did cover it at least.
good but battery is a concern
512GB fair condition showed up fine cosmetically, which was nice. But the battery's sitting around 79% capacity and that drops faster than I'd like after heavy use. Works okay for casual stuff, but if you're planning heavy-duty projects, know what you're getting into. Warranty helps, at least.
exactly what I needed
Was nervous buying pre-owned but this iPad arrived in great shape. The 512GB is plenty of storage. Battery holds a solid charge and the screen is clean. Better value than buying new and the 1-year warranty gives peace of mind. No complaints so far.
better than I expected for the price
Pretty happy with this 64GB model. Came in good condition with minimal scratches. Runs apps smoothly, the speakers are solid. It's a couple years old but honestly it doesn't feel dated. Warranty gives peace of mind too.
pristine condition, great buy
This 512GB excellent condition unit arrived looking barely touched. Screen is pristine, no scratches or marks anywhere. Battery was at 93% and holds strong. The 32-point inspection really paid off — nothing unexpected when I opened the box. Cost me half of what a new one would, easily.
excellent tablet, excellent price
The 256GB good condition unit arrived in better shape than I expected. Minimal cosmetic wear, battery health is solid at 87%, and the 12.9 screen is still gorgeous. Warranty kicks in if anything goes sideways. Can't beat this value against buying new.
