battery degradation killed it for me
Arrived in fair condition which I was prepared for, but the battery came in at 71%. That's below what I'd consider acceptable even for a pre-owned phone at this price point. The device runs fine otherwise, no software issues, but I'm already thinking about needing a replacement battery in a few months. feels like I bought a ticking clock.
battery degraded faster than stated
Recieved the 256GB and it tested at 81% battery health on arrival, not the 85%+ mentioned. After two weeks it's already down to 76%. The phone otherwise works but the battery situation is frustrating since that was part of why I chose this one. The warranty coverage is helpful but I'm not confident this device will last as long as I need. Should've been clearer about battery condition upfront.
does the job, no issues
Pretty happy with this. It's in good condition — some light wear you'd expect from a used phone but nothing distracting. 256GB is more than enough for my needs. Works as advertised, camera quality is still solid, and I didn't have to spend new-phone money. Battery's holding up at 91%.
happy overall, minor nitpick
Pretty pleased with this 512GB model. Works great, battery at 84%, screen's in good shape. Only small thing is the box came beat up and there's no charging cable included, so I had to source one myself. Not a dealbreaker since I had one lying around, but would've been nice to have it in the package. Warranty gives me peace of mind.
works fine but shows its age
Battery's at 84% which is honestly what I expected for a fair condition unit. Screen has some light scratches but nothing that bothers me during normal use. Phone does what it's supposed to do — calls, texts, apps all work. For the price compared to buying new, it's decent. Warranty gave me peace of mind.

Le modèle 64GB que j'ai reçu a plus de marques que je l'aurais aimé. L'écran a un léger défaut dans le coin que je remarque si je cherche vraiment. Après trois semaines, je n'ai pas de problèmes majeurs — tout fonctionne. C'est juste que le description disait 'bon état' et moi j'aurais mis 'passable'. L'inspection était correcte mais peut-être un peu généreuse.
great phone, great warranty coverage
picked up the 512GB in good condition and it's been solid so far. Minor cosmetic wear on the edges but nothing that affects usability. Battery's steady at 88%. What really matters is the year-long warranty — gives me real protection. Much better value than hitting up the carrier's refurb store.
solid upgrade from my old phone
Needed something reliable without dropping $1200 on new. This XS 64GB ticked all the boxes — screen is crisp, camera does exactly what I need it to do. Shipped next day, came in proper packaging with the warranty card. Battery's at 86%, totally fine for my use. Way better value than I expected from a pre-owned retailer.
this is what refurbished should be
Picked up the 512GB excellent condition unit and it genuinely looks barely used. Screen is flawless, battery at 91%, all the original accessories included. Showed up the next day. Had my doubts about buying pre-owned but the 32-point inspection and warranty made me feel secure. No regrets at all.
good phone but slow delivery
The 256GB itself is in fair condition as described — minor scuffs on the back that don't bother me. Works perfectly fine, battery's decent. Only gripe is it took 3 days to arrive when they advertise 24-hour delivery. Otherwise happy with it.
