solid phone, way cheaper than new
Grabbed the 128GB model and it's been a solid workhorse for three weeks now. Screen's clean, battery sitting at 88%, no visible damage. The 32-point inspection they do actually shows—this phone's legit. Beats paying full price for something new.
fair condition, full function
Was nervous about ordering a phone marked as 'fair' but honestly it works perfectly. Yeah, there's some visible scuffing on the back and a tiny mark on the bezel, but the screen is flawless and the internals are solid. The dual screen feature is wild when you actually use it. Shipped in 24 hours. For the money I saved versus new, I can't complain about cosmetic stuff.
arrived completely dead
Device showed up unresponsive. Tried charging for hours, nothing. Contacted support about the warranty and they basically said it's out of scope since it's a 'power issue.' Waste of money and time. Should've gone with a bigger retailer.
battery worse than listed
Listed as 85% but dropped to 72% after a week of normal use. Also took 3 days to arrive even with the 24-hour promise. The 256GB variant is fine otherwise, but the battery situation bugs me. Warranty covers it but I'd rather it just worked out of the box.
battery life is actually solid
Recieved the V60 in excellent condition and the 128GB storage handles everything I throw at it. Battery easily gets me through a full day of heavy use, which was my main concern buying pre-owned. The 32-point inspection they do really does show — no dead pixels, screen is crisp. At this price versus buying new, I'm genuinely impressed.
exactly what I needed
Ordered the 256GB for the storage capacity and it showed up in perfect shape. Screen's pristine, battery at 89%, no dings. Runs everything smooth. Cheaper than buying new and the one-year warranty actually means something here. No complaints whatsoever.

Got some visible marks on the back like you'd expect from a 'fair' device, but nothing that bothers me day-to-day. 256GB is more than enough space. Battery lasts through my shifts. It's a phone that does what I need it to do without breaking the bank.
