Ordered the excellent condition 256GB unit. When it came, the phone wouldn't power on at all—just a black screen. Contacted support about the warranty, and they gave me the runaround about whether it was covered under the "accidental damage" clause. Eventually got a replacement, but the whole ordeal took 3 weeks. First and last time ordering from them.

Honestly this 256GB excellent condition Edge 2023 looks almost new. Screen is pristine, no scratches on the frame, battery's at 93%. Shipped within 24 hours and everything was packed carefully. The inspection report matched what I saw in person. Comparing the price to a brand new one, this was a no-brainer. Really happy with the purchase and the warranty gives peace of mind.
screen looks good but battery concerns
The 256GB good condition phone arrived in decent shape cosmetically. Screen's clean, no cracks. But the battery health sits at 79%, which feels below what "good" should mean. Got the 256GB fair condition unit. There are definitely some scratches on the back and the screen has a couple minor marks, but nothing that affects how it works.
