screen's perfect but software issues
Physical condition is legitimately excellent—no scratches, phone looks barely used. But it keeps freezing up randomly and the camera app crashes sometimes. I've tried resetting it a couple times and it helps temporarily. Works most of the time, just not as smooth as I'd hoped. Good hardware, software's the letdown.
handles everything i throw at it
got this a few weeks back. been using it daily for work and personal stuff—multitasking is smooth, no stuttering, battery gets me through a full day. the phone's in good condition like they said, maybe a tiny scuff or two but nothing that bothers me. strong value compared to retail pricing.
device arrived completely dead
Ordered this in excellent condition and it came totally unresponsive. Tried charging for hours, nothing. Called support and they offered to send a replacement but honestly I'd already waited for shipping. Really frustrated because the 32-point inspection should've caught this. Won't be ordering pre-owned again after this.
fair condition, fair price, fair phone
bought this knowing it'd have some cosmetic wear and that's exactly what I got. Back panel has a couple light scuffs but nothing that affects how it works. Battery's holding up at 84%. Honestly, I didn't expect it to look brand new for this much less than retail. Does the job well enough and I'll probably sell it on in a year or so anyway.
exactly what i needed, solid choice
Been using this for two weeks straight and no issues. Battery lasts me through a full day without drama. Display is sharp, colors look good. The phone arrived in a protective case already, which was a nice touch. At this price point versus buying new, the value is obvious. Warranty gives me peace of mind too. Happy with it.
good phone, shipping took forever
The device itself is in excellent shape, screen is clean, no dead pixels or anything. Performance is snappy, camera takes solid photos. My only gripe is it took 3 days to arrive when the listing said 24 hours. Not a deal-breaker but annoying when you're waiting. Otherwise happy enough with it, just wish shipping was faster.
solid phone, minor cosmetic issue
picked this up last week and it's been running great. screen is bright, processing is snappy, no lag so far. the only thing is there's a tiny scratch on the back left corner that wasn't mentioned in the listing. nothing major and honestly for the price versus buying new, still a pretty good deal.
works fine, but battery worried me
Got it in the fair condition box and yeah, you can see the marks they mentioned. Battery's sitting at 82% which is lower than I expected—listing said it could be up to 85%. Phone runs okay day-to-day but I'm already thinking about replacement costs down the line. For the price I paid it's not terrible, just wish the battery estimate was more accurate.
surprised how well it holds up
Fair condition listing but honestly the scuffing is barely noticeable in normal light. Screen works great, 1-year warranty took some of the risk out of buying used. Battery's at 83% which is solid for a pre-owned device. Didn't want to spend new phone money so this was the right call. Recieved it quickly and no problems since.
excellent condition, honestly impressed
Picked this up as my first pre-owned phone purchase and was nervous about it, but the 256GB came in basically perfect shape. Screen's clean, no dead pixels, battery's sitting at 92% which is way better than I expected. The 32-point inspection they did actually shows — you can tell they weren't just rubber-stamping it. At this price versus buying new, it's a no-brainer. One-year warranty takes the sting out of any doubts I had. Already recommended it to a coworker.
