looks worse than photos showed
The listing said fair condition with light scuffing. What arrived has noticeable dents on the back corner and the screen protector has a crack I wasn't told about. Phone works fine technically, but the physical condition doesn't match the description. Took 4 days to ship too, not the 24-hour promise.
works fine but screen has issues
Phone itself runs smooth, camera's decent, but the screen has a faint horizontal line across the middle. It's not in the way usually, just noticeable when scrolling. Got the 128GB which is enough for me. For the price it's acceptable, but I expected better given the inspection claim.
great phone, great deal
Picked this up as my first pre-owned device and honestly wasn't sure what to expect. Screen is bright, no dead pixels I can find. Battery holds a charge all day easy. Came in clean packaging with the 32-point inspection report actually itemized. At this price vs buying new, it's hard to beat. Been using it for 3 weeks without issues.
fair condition, works great anyway
Bought this as my first pre-owned phone and was honestly nervous. The 128GB had some visible marks on the back like the listing said, but nothing that bothers me in daily use. Battery's holding 89%, screen is clean. For the price difference versus new, I'm not complaining about a few cosmetic scratches.
solid performer, no complaints here
Was skeptical ordering used at first, but this thing is legitimately pristine. Barely a mark on it. 256GB gives plenty of room, performance is snappy. Battery's sitting at 87% health which is solid. Delivered in 2 days. Best call I've made on a phone in a while.
dead battery, won't turn on
Arrived and wouldn't power up at all. Device shows 0% and charging for 2 hours did nothing. BestMobileCanada processed the warranty claim without fuss, but I'm still waiting on the replacement. Not the experience I was hoping for.
excellent shape, saved money, zero regrets
Was pretty skeptical about buying used but this Edge 30 arrived in excellent condition — seriously looks brand new. 256GB model, battery at 96%, no scratches or screen damage that I can find. The 32-point inspection they do actually shows, because this thing is mint. Paid way less than a new one and got the same 1-year warranty. Fast delivery too. No regrets at all.
decent but battery's draining fast
Recieved the phone and it was in decent shape cosmetically. Main issue is the battery only holds about 70% capacity according to the health check. Description said "good" condition but didn't mention that. It gets me through a day if I'm careful. For the price difference between this and a newer model, not sure it's worth the hassle.
