great phone at half the new price
Pretty straightforward purchase. Got the 512GB model, battery's at 87%, looks clean with just minor wear on the edges if you look closely. Runs everything I throw at it without hiccups. The warranty made me feel confident enough to buy pre-owned instead of dropping cash on a new flagship. No regrets so far.
exceeded expectations honestly
Picked up the 512GB fair condition model thinking there'd be visible damage everywhere. Nope. A couple tiny marks on the frame that are barely noticeable. Performance is smooth, the camera's sharp, and the big screen is exactly what I wanted. Battery health is solid at 88%. For the price-to-value ratio, this was a no-brainer. Everything about this phone feels like I just grabbed it off a store shelf. The 32-point inspection they claim to do apparently works because I haven't found a single issue. Delivery was fast and the warranty is reassuring if anything pops up. impressed with the condition
was nervous about buying a fair-condition device but this one surprised me. Sure, there's a small scuff on the back and the screen has one minor mark, but you'd only notice if you're really looking. Battery is at 76%, which is within what they said. The 128GB is tight for storage but I'm using cloud backup. Good value compared to new pricing.
listing said excellent but it's not
Recieved the phone and the screen has visible scratches when the light hits it at certain angles. The listing said 'excellent' condition but that doesn't match what I got. Battery is fine at 83%, processing power is solid, but the cosmetic condition is definitely closer to 'good' than 'excellent.' Not thrilled about that mismatch. Warranty is there if something dies, but wish the description was more accurate.

does what it's supposed to do
Been using it for three weeks now. The display is really sharp, performance is snappy even with a bunch of apps running. The 256GB is plenty for my needs. Only reason I'm not giving it higher praise is because I'm just not the type to get excited about phones—but this one works great and cost way less than a new one would have.

device arrived completely dead
Received the 256GB phone and couldn't get it to turn on at all. Tried different chargers, held the power button for minutes. Nothing. Contacted support and they said the battery might be "deeply discharged" but after leaving it plugged in for 8 hours, still dead. Ended up having to mail it back. The warranty didn't help much since the whole process took 3 weeks.

Screen's bright and responsive, battery sitting at 86%, and the phone runs everything I throw at it without lag. Got it in 2 days which was great.
