exactly what i needed
Picked this up last week and it's been solid. The 256GB gives plenty of space, screen looks crisp with no dead pixels, and the battery's holding strong at 94%. At this price versus buying new, it's hard to complain.
really impressed with the display
Honestly didn't expect much from a 2020 model at this price point but the OLED screen is stunning. Performance is snappy, 256GB is plenty, and it came in original packaging which was nice. The warranty peace of mind sealed it for me. No complaints so far.
fair condition but it works
Got the fair variant and knew what to expect — there's some visible wear on the back and a small scuff near the camera lens. That said, the phone runs perfectly fine, charges fast, and the warranty made me feel better about buying used for the first time. Saved a decent amount of money.
refurbished phone that looks used
Bought this as my first pre-owned device. Fair condition means it has visible marks, and yeah, there are some scratches on the sides and a couple dings I can see. Does it work? Yes. Do I wish it looked a bit cleaner? Also yes. For the price I paid it's acceptable, just manage your expectations on the cosmetics.

great phone, shipping took longer
The Edge Plus itself is fantastic — really snappy performance, the display is gorgeous, and the 256GB storage means I'm not constantly deleting photos. My only gripe is it took 3 days to arrive instead of the promised 24 hours, but that might've been a fluke. Can't fault the phone itself.
solid upgrade from my old phone
Picked this up to replace a dying Samsung. The Edge Plus feels fast, the display is genuinely impressive, and the camera doesn't disappoint. Came packaged well and arrived next day as promised. good value with minor marks
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but BestMobileCanada's 32-point inspection actually shows. The phone runs great, battery's at 91%, and yeah there's some light scuffing on the frame if you look close, but nothing that affects anything. The 1-year warranty is solid peace of mind. Worth the savings over new.
battery died within two weeks
Received the phone and it seemed fine at first, but the battery started draining way faster than the 85% health they listed. By week two it was barely lasting a full day. Disappointed considering I paid for the warranty.
good phone but slower than expected
The specs look great on paper and the phone *works*, but I've noticed it can lag when I'm running multiple apps or playing games. Maybe it's the battery health or just how this model is, not sure. It's acceptable for casual use, just didn't live up to my expectations coming from a newer flagship. Still under warranty which is reassuring.
