First time buying pre-owned and I'm glad I went with this retailer. The 128GB excellent condition model looks barely used, no scratches on the screen, and the body's clean. Everything works as advertised — camera's sharp, display is gorgeous, battery gets me through a full day easy. The 32-point inspection must've been thorough because I can't find any defects. Would buy again.
exactly what I needed
Picked this up to replace my old phone and it's been solid. Battery gets me through a full day, screen looks crisp, and the 256GB gives me plenty of room. Saved a lot compared to buying new.
works fine, visible wear expected
The 256GB variant arrived in 'fair' condition and honestly, that's exactly what I got. There's some light marking on the back and sides but the phone runs without issues. Battery's at a decent level, screen works perfectly. Knew what I was signing up for at this price point and I'm satisfied.
great upgrade from my old phone
Been using this Edge Plus for about 3 weeks now and it's been solid. The 128GB is plenty for my needs, battery easily gets me through a full day of heavy use, and the screen is actually really sharp. Came in the original packaging which was nice. Can't complain about the price either — way cheaper than buying new.
premium phone at a fair price
The 256GB excellent condition unit arrived in perfect shape. Display is vibrant and responsive, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor runs everything smoothly, and 12GB RAM keeps apps snappy. Battery health is solid at around 88%. Compared it to buying new and saving $250+ makes this pretty hard to pass up. No regrets on this one.
really impressed with the build
was skeptical about buying refurbished but this edge plus convinced me otherwise. The metal frame feels premium, no weird creaks or loose bits. Software runs clean, no bloatware I could find. Got the 128GB excellent condition and it basically looks new — no scratches I can spot. The 32-point inspection seems legit. Worth every dollar saved vs retail.
works great, expected more cosmetic damage
honestly the fair condition label was a bit generous. there's some visible wear on the back and the bezels have scuffs, but functionally it's perfect — all sensors work, screen's responsive, no dead pixels. 128GB is enough for my needs. battery health around 82%. not complaining since i knew what i was getting into. good value if you care more about function than looks.
battery drains too fast
The phone looked fine when I opened it and shipping was fast, but the battery only shows 76% health and it doesn't match the listing which said 85%. Drains to 20% by mid-afternoon with normal use. Warranty period is good at least, but I'm disappointed they didn't catch this during inspection. Not sure it was worth the discount if I have to replace the battery soon.
solid device, few cosmetic marks
Honestly, for a phone listed as Fair condition, this one's holding up great. I can see some light scratches on the back and the frame has a couple of small dings, which is exactly what I expected. But it runs fast, battery lasts, and the screen is intact. Good value if you're not fussed about having a pristine device.
exactly what i needed
Picked up the 128GB excellent version last week. No complaints so far — fast enough for multitasking, camera quality is genuinely impressive, and the 6.7-inch display is a nice size without being unwieldy. The packaging was secure, arrived within the 24-hour window. Got the one-year warranty too which is reassuring. Happy i didn't overpay for a brand new one.
