solid phone at half the new price
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time, but this edge plus showed up in fair condition like they said and it just works. Screen's got minor marks you'd only notice if you're looking for them. Gets a full day on battery easy. The 32-point inspection thing they mention actually paid off — nothing surprising when I opened the box. saves hundreds compared to buying it new.
phone arrived completely dead
Showed up non-responsive, wouldn't charge, wouldn't boot. Tried multiple chargers and cables. Contacted support about the warranty but they said it's outside coverage because it's a 'battery fault' not a defect. Pretty frustrated — paid good money even for a used phone.
solid upgrade from my old phone

Grabbed this in fair condition and it arrived exactly as described. There's visible wear on the frame, a couple light scratches on the back, nothing that bothers me since I use a case anyway.
