battery's not what it claimed
Battery health showed 87% on arrival according to the paperwork, but it barely makes it through 12 hours with light use. Not dead on arrival but definitely underperforming. The phone works fine otherwise—screen is okay, no physical damage—but the battery situation makes it feel like I didn't get a fair deal on a 'good' condition unit. Customer service has been slow to respond about whether this qualifies for warranty coverage.
nearly perfect but one thing
The phone itself is excellent—fast processor, bright display, camera does the job. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is it arrived without the original charger cable, which the listing didn't mention. That said, the 32-point inspection they did was thorough and the warranty gives me peace of mind. Would buy from them again if they included the cable next time.
good phone, good deal
was nervous about buying used but this seemed like the safer choice. 128GB model works exactly as it should — no lag, camera's solid, battery health at 89%. There's a small scuff on the bottom corner that the listing mentioned, which is fine, doesn't bother me. Shipped fast and the packaging was decent. Not pristine like a new one, but for what I paid it's a fair trade-off. Warranty gave me peace of mind too.

excellent condition, actually surprised
Ordered the 128GB thinking there'd be more wear and tear given the price. Phone arrived in basically mint condition — screen is flawless, no dents on the frame, battery sitting at 94%. BestMobileCanada's 32-point inspection wasn't just marketing fluff; you can tell they actually went through it. Got it in under 24 hours too. For the cost difference between this and buying new, it's hard to justify spending another $200+ when this one looks like someone kept it in a case the whole time. One-year warranty takes the worry out of it.
